This Fulfillment Policy outlines how digital products, templates, files, and assets provided by BuildSyncDigital LLC (“the Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) are delivered and accessed after purchase.
1. Delivery of Digital Products
All products sold on our website are digital (non-physical).
Once payment is successfully completed:
- You will receive instant access to your purchased files via a download link displayed on the checkout confirmation page.
- A copy of the download link will also be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
- You may also access your digital products at any time through your customer account (when applicable).
There is no shipping required and no physical product will be sent.
2. Processing Time
Digital orders are processed automatically and immediately.
- Standard delivery time: Instant delivery (0–5 minutes)
- If payment is flagged for fraud or verification by our payment processor (Stripe, PayPal, or other), delivery may take longer.
If you do not receive your digital asset within 30 minutes, please contact support.
3. Failed or Delayed Delivery
If your digital product is not delivered due to:
- incorrect email address,
- technical error,
- payment gateway interruption,

We will manually resend your purchase at no cost.
4. Refund / Return Policy
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
Refunds are only considered if:
- A duplicate purchase occurred accidentally.
- The product was never delivered, and support was unable to resolve the issue.

5. License & Usage
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the templates and digital products for your personal or business use.
You may not:
